Refunds
Refunds for any training courses purchased will only be done in course credit(s). No cash refunds will be given.
Use of Course Materials and Training Servers
For Student-Led / Self-Paced study each student has 2 X the length of the course plus an additional day. For example, if you had a 2.5 day course two times that number would be 5 and we add in one additional day making it 6 total calendar days you have to complete the 2.5 day course (this includes the Saturday if starting on Monday).
If you need an additional day(s) they are available at a daily rate of $300 per day until the student finishes the course, or the administrator needs to perform maintenance on the machine. Arrangements can be made in advance.
